Open system

SRO slip-rings are delivered without casing. The user assumes the responsibility for their correct installation, shock protection and protection from dirt. The SRO components can be delivered with the gold/gold transmission technology, with high-speed-gold/gold transmission technology or with the conventional coal transmitter technology.

The use of the conventional coal technology is only suitable for easy requirements. 
We recommend the use of closed components of the series SRK and SRW.

Gold/Gold-transmission technology. These components can be used for signal and power transmission. We conceive and build these components, in a very compact way, but the operator assumes the responsibility for their proper installation, shock protection, and protection against contamination.

Conventional grinding carbon technology. The transmission of electricity with carbon brushes on bronze rings has been practiced for many years. This technique is only suitable for simple applications and not for signals.
